Cookie and Storage Policy
We do not use cookies
Reason to Manim sets no cookies of its own and no third-party cookies. There is no advertising network, no social media pixel, and no analytics script on this site. That is why you are not being shown a cookie banner: under the ePrivacy Directive and the UK PECR, consent is not required for storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you actively requested — and there is nothing else being stored.
What we do store in your browser
Two localStorage entries. localStorage is not a cookie: it is never transmitted automatically with requests, it is scoped to this site, and it stays until you clear it. We use it because it lets the page remember things without asking you to sign in.

Both are set in response to something you did, both stay on your device, and neither is used to track you across other websites. We do not read them for advertising purposes and there is no way for a third party to read them.
Infrastructure
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process request metadata (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and to protect it from attack. This is described in the Privacy Policy. Cloudflare does not set advertising cookies on our behalf.
If we add analytics later
We would like to know which questions are popular and where the product fails, but we will not add a tracker without asking. If we do, we will: update this page and the Privacy Policy first, ask for your consent before anything loads, load nothing until you say yes, and give you an equally easy way to say no. Declining will not degrade the service.
How to clear this data
- Any browser: open the site settings for reason2m.com and clear site data / stored data.
- Keyboard shortcut: in most browsers, opening developer tools and running
localStorage.clear()on this page does it immediately. - Private or incognito window: storage is discarded when you close the window.
Clearing reason2m-language resets the interface to English. Clearing reason2m-job only means the last video will not be restored automatically — the video itself is not affected, and its link keeps working until it expires.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track you, there is nothing for these signals to switch off. We honour them regardless.
